A Spring Mural

A colleague of mine had this great idea to create a garden mural with our two classes. The students painted pieces of plain paper in random colours and patterns, and then they cut them into petals, butterflies, and other garden creatures. We sponged the blue background, and just used regular old paintbrushes for the grass. I think it turned out pretty fantastic. An easy art project for the last week of school.

  1. I want to start by saying that your blog looks great! My name is Martin and I'm a teacher from Canada. I just started a new website called Resources4teaching where educators can buy and sell lessons and educational resources. We are new and are looking for people to join and put up their materials for sale on our website. We are having an iPad draw for the first 100 Vendors who join and upload at least 1 lesson /resource for sale on our website. There are absolutely no fees to join and you earn royalties of 70%. You can visit us at:
I also created the Resources4teaching forums where educators can discuss education. Feel free to join us and start sharing your best practices and strategies.
If you know any other teachers who might be interested in this Website, please forward this to them and if you have any questions, feel free to message me.

    Have a great day

  2. I’m glad you posted something like this one. Consequently those people became aware in identifying the different electrical services.

  3. As fellow Canadians, we all work so hard creating products for a niche market. I'm hoping to host a Canadian specific event to boost all our TPT sales and/or bring traffic to our blogs in the coming months, and so I've created this little survey to see what we're all interested in. Please fill out and share with your followers and friends too please!
